B.C. Mountie loses bid to stay charges in obstruction of justice case

Prince George RCMP Const. Arthur Dalman sought to have his charge stayed, citing his right to a trial within a reasonable time. He is convicted of obstruction of justice in connection with the 2017 arrest of Indigenous man Dale Culver, who later died in custody.

Ciele Beau is a multi-disciplinary visual artist and musician. Ciele derives influence from her synesthesia. When she listens to music she feels and sees colours and shapes. Her newest exhibition is hosted at Beaumont Studios in Vancouver. CBC's Dannielle Piper met her at the studio to learn more about the artistic practice.
